We work with organizations to design immersion workshops in which participants get to explore a key theme or address a critical challenge using LEGO Serious Play (LSP). Instead of ‘leaning back’ and listening passively to presentation slides, participants are actively engaged in a hands-on, minds-on experience. Think of it as a visual dialogue that leverages the power of team collaboration.

FOSTERING CURIOSITY

In this hands-on workshop, participants partake in an inquisitive journey of discovery and connection with their fellow participants.

The workshop focuses on the power of curiosity and play, which have been scientifically proven to improve engagement, collaboration and performance in the workplace. LSP combines intentional questions with LEGO bricks, to rapidly create trust, clarity and understanding and while boosting creativity, innovation and happiness.

Our well-being workshops use the power of play to explore topics that are important but potentially sensitive, in a safe and respectful way.

As part of our Wellness Play series, these workshop approaches are drawn from various fields in humanistic psychology and positive psychology, focusing on personal growth, self-empowerment, and strength-based interventions.

Each workshop encourages participants to explore personal challenges in a collaborative group setting, with the goal of offering insights and strategies to improve well-being.


POSITIVE PSYCHOLOGY AT WORK

Positive Psychology is a branch of psychology that focuses on factors that enable individuals, groups, and organizations to flourish. This workshop is about using LEGO SERIOUS PLAY to explore the applications of Positive Psychology models in the workplace, to create an environment that promotes staff wellbeing, resilience and engagement.
