With over 18 years experience in business strategy, team leadership, customer experience and marketing, Garland brings a wealth of cross-cultural experience (and fun!) to the table.
Having graduated with a Masters in Counselling and Masters in Design Strategies, he is uniquely positioned as a catalyst for creative problem-solving and people development for teams and individuals. Through LSP, he helps connect the dots between people, passion, and strategy. Additionally, he is helping to train primary and secondary students in leadership, design thinking, and communication.

With over 16 years of experience in consulting and strategic planning, Linda has advised senior executives and government officials on growth and strategy development studies across diverse sectors.
Linda's roles included a leader senior management team for the global consulting practice, with expertise in the development of market entry and go-to-market strategies. Her focus includes facilitation, market assessment, and strategy development.
Linda graduated with an executive MBA from INSEAD. Additionally, she has completed her Graduate Diploma in Psychotherapy & Counselling, and is currently pursuing her Professional Diploma in Psychotherapy.
